Monthly bookkeeping means I keep your QuickBooks Online records current every month: transactions categorized, payouts matched and every account reconciled.

You always know where your business stands, and tax season starts with books that are already finished.

Each month I review your records, categorize transactions, match payment-app payouts to the sales behind them and reconcile every bank and card account to its statement. Reconciliation is what makes the numbers trustworthy, so it is part of every month, never an extra.

One thing you can do today

Open your bank account and your accounting file side by side and compare the ending balance for last month. If they match, your books are reconciled. If they do not, the difference is money the books cannot explain yet, and finding it is the first job of monthly bookkeeping.

What does monthly bookkeeping include?

Categorizing every transaction, matching payment-app payouts, reconciling every bank and card account and sending a profit and loss and balance sheet each month. Reconciliation is included every month, because it is what makes the numbers trustworthy.

Do you work in QuickBooks Online?

Yes. I am an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and certified in QuickBooks Online (Level 2), both verified in Intuit's ProAdvisor directory. If you are not on QuickBooks Online yet, setting it up can be the first step.

What if my books are behind?

I start with a one-time cleanup to bring them current, then move to the monthly routine. You get a clear quote for each part after a free look at your statements.

How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?

It depends on your transactions each month, how many bank and card accounts need reconciling and how many payment apps and helpers are involved. For context, low-volume monthly plans cost $150 to $399 a month: the published range from national online providers (Oct 2026). Those are other providers' prices, not mine. I quote after a free look at your statements, so the number fits your actual business.
