Why I do the books other people put off
Everyone knows what bookkeeping is. Hardly anyone wants to do it, let alone spend their evenings learning how. I love doing it.
There's something incredibly satisfying about taking a mess, making sense of it, and getting everything exactly where it belongs. Reconciling accounts, figuring out discrepancies, and getting the numbers to agree? That's the kind of thing I genuinely enjoy.
I'm an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified in QuickBooks Online (Level 2), and I hold an Associate of Science in Accounting, which I earned with Highest Honors. I started Business Untangled LLC in Atkinson, NH, in 2026 to take the bookkeeping side of running a business off owners' plates.
Today, I work with small business owners across different industries, helping them get their books organized and keep them that way. From cleaning companies and dog walkers to other growing businesses, I've seen firsthand how quickly bookkeeping can fall behind when you're busy doing what you do best. And that's where I come in. I reconcile accounts, straighten out transactions, and turn financial information into reports that actually make sense. My goal isn't just to keep your books organized, but to help you understand your numbers so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
I don't charge for consultations. I genuinely enjoy getting to know other business owners, hearing their stories, and learning about what they've built. Sometimes all it takes is a conversation to figure out where I can help.
