Business Untangled LLC is a bookkeeping business in Atkinson, New Hampshire, run by Angel Wallace. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you send the consult form, I receive your name, phone number, the service you picked and anything you choose to write. Your email address is optional.
When you leave feedback in the review form, I receive your rating, your name, how to reach you and your message.
When you build an Untangle Plan, your answers live only in the address of the page you are on. Nothing is stored or sent. If you then book a consult, a short plan code travels with your request so I can see what you picked.
How I use it
I use what you send to reply to you, set up your free consult and do the work you ask me to do. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not use it to build marketing lists.
Text messages
If you tick the text consent box, I may text you about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If site analytics are turned on, Google Analytics may record pages visited and general device information to help me understand how the site is used, without identifying you by name.
Who else handles your information
The site is hosted by Vercel, and form messages are delivered to my inbox by an email delivery service. These providers process information only to run the site and deliver your message.
Your bookkeeping records, if you become a client, are handled under the written engagement agreement and are never posted on this site.
How long I keep it
I keep consult requests and feedback for as long as I need them to reply and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask me to delete what you sent at any time.
Your choices

Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect their information.
